Natali Plus+

For the first time in Israel!

A smart and advanced home system of panic buttons and transmitters that allows for a wide range of solutions that watch over you whenever you may need, and especially in distress situations.

The system ensures a quick and convenient connection to Natali’s Emergency Call Center and strengthens your sense of security in your natural environment – your home.

The system is based on an advanced hub operating with a variety of technologies (standard phone line, cellular, wi-fi, DECT) that enable connectivity to many devices installed in the subscriber’s house.

The system is modular so home devices can be adapted to the needs and desires of subscribers.

A wide range of devices also allows for convenient connectivity throughout the home (cordless phone, wireless call receiver / transmitter that operates from the balcony or yard), including – wall-mounted transmitters (with pull extension cords) so that a call for help can be triggered even from locations like the bedroom, bathroom and toilet. This is especially important in cases of emergencies such as a fall without the ability to get up.

If a distress call is triggered, the emergency call will be received and identified at the company’s Emergency Call Center.

The system includes:

a home panic button that features a powerful speaker and a microphone that allows you to answer regular phone calls and can be operated when on the balcony or the home yard (exclusive)

DECT phone tube

(regular cordless phone) that also has a panic button

Wall mounted distress transmitters (panic buttons) with pull extensions cords for installation in various parts of the house

bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Up to 10 units can be installed in the apartment. It is highly recommended to install at least 2 units – in the shower and the toilet.

Natali Portable

A portable panic button for use outside the home that complements the home system.

An advanced and innovative device that enables connection to the Natali emergency call center and can be taken when outside the home.

The portable button is lightweight, easy and simple to operate, based on cellular communication and waterproof (also suitable for rainy days).

Natali portable enables 24/7 direct connection to the Natali emergency call center. When the button is pressed a loudspeaker opens and enables the Natali call center to talk with the subscriber or with those around him/her. If concern arises for the subscriber’s wellbeing, the Natali call center will initiate a call directly to the button in the aim of talking to the subscriber.

*Only for Natali subscribers. Can be ordered as an additional service to the existing range of services.

GPS Location Support

Locating the subscriber depends on satellite reception, mobile network availability and does not replace the need to speak to the emergency call center and is only an assisting tool

Panic Button

A system with a portable wearable panic button to be worn at home with base unit installed in the subscriber’s home that enables direct communication with the emergency call center without the need to dial.

If the subscriber falls and is unable to get up, make a call or cannot speak, pressing the wearable button on the arm will connect him/her to the emergency call center. The call center knows this type of call means that the subscriber is in distress and needs help, even though the subscriber is unable to speak. The subscriber’s personal information and address will be displayed to the call center representative, and the appropriate assistant will be dispatched ASAP.

Advanced Telephone Panic Button

One unit that combines a telephone and a panic button planned specifically for persons with hearing or visual impairment

If the subscriber falls and is unable to get up or speak, pressing the wearable button on the arm will connect him/her to the emergency call center, where they will understand that the subscriber is in distress and needs help, even though he/she is unable to speak. The individual’s personal details and address will appear in the system, displayed to the call center representative, and suitable assistance will be dispatched asap.

Emergency, Distress and Help Call Center

Natali offers its subscribers a wide range of services including Panic buttons, using advanced technologies and customized to the customer’s needs.
Connecting to the service is simple, easy and quick, conducted from the customer’s home and provides the peace of mind and a sense of security that are so important to our subscribers.
The connection to the emergency and assistance call center is quick and efficient using various technologies, such as regular phones, stationary buttons, DECT technology and portable systems that enable the customer to select the most convenient and suitable means to directly and rapidly connect to Natali’s emergency call center. In instances when the subscriber is in distress and cannot make a call or even speak, upon pressing the distress button the company’s systems will transmit the necessary information to emergency personnel who will dispatch help as soon as possible, as needed, based on the subscriber’s information stored in the company’s systems.

Doctors and House calls directly to your place!

Natali operates a nationwide network of doctors available around the clock 365 days a year (except for Yom Kippur during which the call centers remain available and if needed an ambulance is dispatched to the patient’s home), who (in cases that are not life threatening), make house calls and provide medical care
The doctors are equipped with medication for initial treatment until you can follow up with your regular doctor and pharmacy, an ECG device, a blood pressure monitor and equipment for blood sugar and urine tests.
The services include a clinical exam , medical first aid, initial treatment , medication for 24 hours (sufficient supply until you get to your regular doctor and pharmacy) , and referral to the emergency department if needed.
The network of medical house calls is supervised and managed by the Natali Group medical director, who until recently served as head of emergency medicine at the Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer.

Medical consultation call center

Service hours – 24/7 throughout the year (including Yom Kippur)

Natali has been successfully operating , a 24-hour medical consultation call center, for over 30 years.
Now, more than ever, our call center physicians assist by providing initial medical responses, support and a safety net, to the caller and his/her family from the comfort of their home.
The consultation by the call center physicians for the purpose of provides information and guidance only, however if necessary and in case of an urgent problem, a referral to the emergency department will be issued, thus saving the subscriber a great deal of time and financial expense.

What is a telephone medical consultation service?

• Our physician will speak with you in order to asses and diagnose the medical problem. Then, will provide necessary initial recommendations such as taking a medicine, or contacting your family physician for further treatment or follow-up.

• If our physician determines that there is a necessity for emergency treatment, you will receive an automatic digital referral to the relevant hospital’s emergency department.

The subscriber’s identification data and any information that you consider important and relevant should be prepared prior the calling the medical consultation center .

Attention:

This is not an emergency service, if you think that the treatment for the problem cannot be delayed, you should contact an urgent call center/facility or go to the emergency department directly.

Ambulance dispatch and ambulance expense coverage

Increased life expectancy, more diseases with age and decreased motor functions – all increase the need for ambulance services in the third age.
The Natali professional call center will ensure that a suitable ambulance is dispatched and will do everything it can to provide the ambulance team with vital subscriber information stored in the company’s systems.
Natali offers you a full refund for ambulance transport to the hospital if the subscribers medical condition did not it did not result in hospitalization.
*An ambulance is requested through the Company’s call center and the refund is after review of member

In-Home Laboratory

Natali provides its customers with in-home laboratory service.

A professional will come to your home and conduct one or more of the following tests: blood, urine, kidney functions, lipid profile, coagulation.

Security Patrol

Natali offers its customers a safety net at home. In any event of suspected danger to personal security at home, Natali sends an armed security patrol. The patrol will inspect the premises and update the subscriber. If special assistance is needed ambulance (Magen David Adom), fire and rescue services, police, locksmith), or in the event the patrol was unable to contact the subscriber, they will report this to the emergency call center that will quickly and efficiently continue to handle the situation.

Emergency professionals service - home malfunctions

Natali provides house maintenance emergency services to assist in the event of emergency damage in the customer’s home and to avoid further damage.

The service is provided by plumbing, electricity and break-in professionals in events such as:

Plumbing and pipe problems

Electricity problems that cause a total power outage originating in the subscriber’s home

Certified locksmith – open / break locks, provided the subscriber gave his/her explicit consent.

Basic Repair Service - Handyman services

Natali’s “Handyman service” provides professionals who perform basic home maintenance tasks such as: repairing blinds, hanging shelves and racks, hanging pictures, repairing clotheslines, installing grab bars in the bathroom and toilet, hanging and removing curtains, changing lightbulbs, changing toilet seats, etc.

Telephone Companion

Natali’s Telephone Friend service provides initiated telephone calls to subscribers who live alone and need ongoing attention. The service provides a sense of vitality, belonging and friendship. In the case of unusual events, the company updates the subscriber’s contact persons.
