Natali Plus+

For the first time in Israel!

A smart and advanced home system of panic buttons and transmitters that allows for a wide range of solutions that watch over you when in need, especially in distress situations.

The system ensures a quick and convenient connection to Natali’s Emergency Call Center and strengthen your sense of security in your natural environment – which is your own home.

The system is based on an advanced hub operating in a variety of technologies (standard line, cellular, wi-fi, DECT) and enables connection to many devices installed in the subscriber’s house.

The system is modular and allows the devices installed in each home to be adapted to the needs and desires of the subscribers.

The range of devices also allows the home to be connected for convenience (cordless phone, wireless call receiver / transmitter that also operates from the balcony or the yard), but also helps in emergencies – wall-mounted transmitters that can call for help even in the event of a fall without the ability to get up in places like bedroom, bathroom and toilet.

If a distress call is triggered, an emergency call will be identified at the company’s Emergency Call Center.

The system includes:

a home panic button that features a powerful speaker and a microphone that allows you to answer regular phone calls and can be operated when at the balcony or the home yard (exclusive)

Wall mounted distress transmitters (panic buttons) with pulling wire for installation in various parts of the house

bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Up to 10 units can be installed in the apartment. It is highly recommended to install at least 2 units – in the shower and the toilet.

Natali Mobile

A mobile panic button for use outside the home that complements the home system.

An advanced and innovative device that enables connection to the Natali emergency call center and can be taken when outside the home.

The mobile button is lightweight, easy and simple to operate, based on celular communication and waterproof (also suitable for rainy days).

Natali Mobile enables 24/7 direct connection to the Natali emergency call center. When the button is pressed a loudspeaker opens and enables the Natali call center to talk with the subscriber or with those around him/her. If concern arises for the subscriber’s wellbeing, the Natali call center will initiate a call directly to the button in the aim of talking to the subscriber.

*Only for Natali subscribers. Can be ordered as an additional service to the existing range of services.

GPS Location Support

Locating the subscriber depends on satellite reception, mobile network availability and does not replace the need to speak to the emergency call center and is only an assisting tool

Panic Button

A system with a mobile and wearable panic button worn at home and a base unit installed in the subscriber’s home that enables direct communication with the emergency call center without the need to dial.

If the subscriber falls and is unable to get up, make a call or cannot speak, pressing the wearable button on the arm will connect him/her to the emergency call center, where they will understand that the subscriber is in distress and needs help, even though he/she is unable to speak. The individual’s personal details and address will appear in the system, displayed to the call center representative, and suitable assistance will be dispatched asap.

Emergency, Distress and Help Call Center

Natali offers its subscribers services by means of a wide range of Panic buttons, using advanced technologies customized to the customer’s needs. 

Connecting to the service is simple, easy and quick, conducted from the customer’s home and provides peace of mind and a sense of security that are so important to our subscribers.

The connection to the emergency and assistance call center is quick and efficient using various technologies, such as regular phones, stationary buttons, DECT technology and mobile systems that enable the customer to select the most convenient and suitable means to directly and rapidly connect to Natali’s emergency call center. In cases in which the subscriber is in distress and cannot make a call or even speak, after pressing the distress button the company’s systems will transmit the necessary information to emergency personnel who will dispatch help as soon as possible and as needed, according to the information stored in the company’s systems.

Doctors and House calls directly to your place!

Natali operates a nationwide network of doctors available around the clock 365 days a year (except for Yom Kippur during which the call centers are available and if needed an ambulance is dispatched to the patient’s home), who make house calls and provide medical responses (in cases that are not life threatening).

The doctors are equipped with medication for initial treatment until you reach the family doctor or the pharmacy, an ECG device, a blood pressure monitor and equipment for sugar and urine tests.

The services include a clinical test, medical first aid, medication for 24 hours, or, as noted, until you get to the family practitioner or pharmacy, and referred to the emergency room if needed.

The network of medical house calls is supervised and managed by the Natali Group medical director, who up until recently served as head of emergency medicine at Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer.

Medical consultation call center

Service hours – 24/7 throughout the year (including Yom Kippur)

Natali operates with a great success, a 24-hour medical consultation call center, for more than 30 years.

These days, more than ever, the call center physicians are helping and providing an initial response to our subscribers and providing support and a safety net, to the caller and his family without them leaving their home.

The consultation is provided by the call center physicians and is an informational service only, however if necessary and in case there is an urgent problem, a referral to the emergency room will be issued, thus saving the subscriber a great deal of time and a large financial expense.

What is a telephone medical consultation service?

  • Our doctor will speak with you to diagnose the medical problem. Then, will advise what to do and, if necessary, instruct you on how to act (such as taking a medicine) or contact your family physician for further treatment or follow-up.
  • If the doctor determines that there is a necessity to reach to the emergency room – you will receive an automatic digital referral to the relevant emergency room.

A caller ID and any information that you consider important and relevant must be prepared prior the call.

This is not an emergency service, if you think that the problem cannot be delayed, you can contact the emergency call center or the emergency room.

Ambulance dispatch and ambulan

Increased life expectancy, more diseases in old age and decreased motor functions – all heighten the need for ambulance services in the third age.

The Natali professional call center will ensure that a suitable ambulance is dispatched and will do everything it can to provide the ambulance team with vital subscriber information stored in the company’s systems.

Natali offers you a full refund for ambulance evacuation to the hospital if it did not result in hospitalization.

*An ambulance is called through the Company’s call center and the refund is after rights realization.

In-Home Laboratory

Natali provides its customers with in-home laboratory service.

A professional will come to your home and conduct one or more of the following tests: blood, urine, kidney functions, lipid profile, coagulation.

Security Patrol

Natali offers its customers a safety net at home. In any event of suspected danger to personal security at home, Natali sends an armed security patrol. The patrol will inspect the premises and update the subscriber. If special assistance is needed (Magen David Adom, fire and rescue services, police, locksmith), or in the event the patrol was unable to contact the subscriber, they will report this to the emergency call center that will quickly and efficiently continue to handle the situation.

Emergency professionals service - home malfunctions

Natali provides house maintenance emergency services to assist in the event of emergency damage in the customer’s home and to avoid further damage.

The service is provided by plumbing, electricity and break-in professionals in events such as:

Plumbing and pipe problems

Electricity problems that cause a total power outage originating in the subscriber’s home

Certified locksmith – open / break locks, provided the subscriber gave his/her explicit consent.

Basic Repair Service - Handyman services

Natali’s “Handyman service” provides professionals who perform basic home maintenance tasks such as: repairing blinds, hanging shelves and racks, hanging pictures, repairing clotheslines, installing grab bars in the bathroom and toilet, hanging and removing curtains, changing lightbulbs, changing toilet seats, etc.

Telephone Friend

Natali’s Telephone Friend service provides initiated telephone calls to subscribers who live alone and need constant attention. The service provides a sense of vitality, belonging and friendship. In the case of unusual events, the company updates the subscriber’s contact persons.
