The connection to the emergency and assistance call center is quick and efficient using various technologies, such as regular phones, stationary buttons, DECT technology and portable systems that enable the customer to select the most convenient and suitable means to directly and rapidly connect to Natali’s emergency call center. In instances when the subscriber is in distress and cannot make a call or even speak, upon pressing the distress button the company’s systems will transmit the necessary information to emergency personnel who will dispatch help as soon as possible, as needed, based on the subscriber’s information stored in the company’s systems.
Natali operates a nationwide network of doctors available around the clock 365 days a year (except for Yom Kippur during which the call centers remain available and if needed an ambulance is dispatched to the patient’s home), who (in cases that are not life threatening), make house calls and provide medical care
The doctors are equipped with medication for initial treatment until you can follow up with your regular doctor and pharmacy, an ECG device, a blood pressure monitor and equipment for blood sugar and urine tests.
The services include a clinical exam , medical first aid, initial treatment , medication for 24 hours (sufficient supply until you get to your regular doctor and pharmacy) , and referral to the emergency department if needed.
The network of medical house calls is supervised and managed by the Natali Group medical director, who until recently served as head of emergency medicine at the Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer.

Natali has been successfully operating , a 24-hour medical consultation call center, for over 30 years.
Now, more than ever, our call center physicians assist by providing initial medical responses, support and a safety net, to the caller and his/her family from the comfort of their home.
The consultation by the call center physicians for the purpose of provides information and guidance only, however if necessary and in case of an urgent problem, a referral to the emergency department will be issued, thus saving the subscriber a great deal of time and financial expense.
What is a telephone medical consultation service?
• Our physician will speak with you in order to asses and diagnose the medical problem. Then, will provide necessary initial recommendations such as taking a medicine, or contacting your family physician for further treatment or follow-up.
• If our physician determines that there is a necessity for emergency treatment, you will receive an automatic digital referral to the relevant hospital’s emergency department.
The subscriber’s identification data and any information that you consider important and relevant should be prepared prior the calling the medical consultation center .
Attention:
This is not an emergency service, if you think that the treatment for the problem cannot be delayed, you should contact an urgent call center/facility or go to the emergency department directly.
Increased life expectancy, more diseases with age and decreased motor functions – all increase the need for ambulance services in the third age.
The Natali professional call center will ensure that a suitable ambulance is dispatched and will do everything it can to provide the ambulance team with vital subscriber information stored in the company’s systems.
Natali offers you a full refund for ambulance transport to the hospital if the subscribers medical condition did not it did not result in hospitalization.

Natali provides its customers with in-home laboratory service.
A professional will come to your home and conduct one or more of the following tests: blood, urine, kidney functions, lipid profile, coagulation.
Natali offers its customers a safety net at home. In any event of suspected danger to personal security at home, Natali sends an armed security patrol. The patrol will inspect the premises and update the subscriber. If special assistance is needed ambulance (Magen David Adom), fire and rescue services, police, locksmith), or in the event the patrol was unable to contact the subscriber, they will report this to the emergency call center that will quickly and efficiently continue to handle the situation.
Natali provides house maintenance emergency services to assist in the event of emergency damage in the customer’s home and to avoid further damage.
The service is provided by plumbing, electricity and break-in professionals in events such as:
Plumbing and pipe problems
Electricity problems that cause a total power outage originating in the subscriber’s home
Certified locksmith – open / break locks, provided the subscriber gave his/her explicit consent.
Natali’s “Handyman service” provides professionals who perform basic home maintenance tasks such as: repairing blinds, hanging shelves and racks, hanging pictures, repairing clotheslines, installing grab bars in the bathroom and toilet, hanging and removing curtains, changing lightbulbs, changing toilet seats, etc.
Natali’s Telephone Friend service provides initiated telephone calls to subscribers who live alone and need ongoing attention. The service provides a sense of vitality, belonging and friendship. In the case of unusual events, the company updates the subscriber’s contact persons.
